Ministry of Social Affairs Distributes Aid for Ambon's Earthquake Victims

The Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara and his entourage visited the location of Ambon earthquake refugee camp in Tulehu, Central Maluku District.

During the visit, the Ministry of Social Affairs distributed assistance worth 1.75 billion rupiah, which was symbolically handed over by the Minister of Social Affairs to the Head of the Maluku Provincial Social Service, Sartono Pinning. The assistance was in the form of logistical support worth 1.2 billion rupiah, 2000 food packages worth 500 million, and compensation for heirs for 4 fatalities amounting to 60 million rupiah.
