BOGOR (21 May 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs, through the Ciungwanara Center, distributed Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) in the form of basic needs, namely 100 packages of necessities, to victims of flood disasters in Cibuluh Village, Bogor City. The overflow of the Ciheuleut river that passed through the Cibuluh Sub District, Tanah Baru, and Ciparigi, Bogor City, caused flooding around the area.

ATENSI is a form of follow-up to the results of the initial assessment of the flood victims in Cibuluh Bogor Village. Today the team consisting of the Head of Ciungwanara Center, Social Workers, and Occupational Therapy coordinated with the Social Service of Bogor City and Cibuluh Village regarding the procedures for handing over the ATENSI program.

 

The Head of Ciungwanara Center, Siti Sari Rumayanti, said that ATENSI was a form of the government's attention, especially the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini, to the victims of the flood disaster. "Hopefully what we give a little can help ease the burden on flood victims," ​​said Sari.

 

ATENSI was delivered in Cibuluh Village, Bogor City. The delegation was received by the Secretary of the Urban Village and with assistance from the Section Head for the Rehabilitation of the Persons with Social Deviance Issues and Persons Needing Social Welfare Services, Nana Supriatna. The Head of the Village Secretary apologized to the Ciungwanara team for the Cibuluh Village Head could not attend the meeting because he was attending a meeting in the sub-district. Without diminishing respect, the Cibuluh village party would like to thank them for the attention and assistance given to their residents.

 

Lan Suherlan, one of the residents affected by the flood in Cibuluh Village, expressed his gratitude to the Ministry of Social Affairs, especially Ciungwanara Center for assisting the victims.

 

"Hopefully it will be a blessing and will be able to help people around who are in need," said Lan.
