Ministry of Social Affairs Launches Rice Social Assistance for Beneficiary Families of the Family Hope Program (KPM PKH)
JAKARTA (September, 2 2020) – The Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Juliari P. Batubara launched the 2020 rice social assistance for 10 million Beneficiary Families of the Family Hope Program (KPM PKH). The launch was held at the Jakarta Regional Logistics Office.
The Ministry of Social Affairs through the Directorate General of Social Empowerment cooperates with Perum Bulog to provide rice social assistance to each Beneficiary Family of the Family Hope Program (KPM PKH) of 15 kg/month. The provision of rice social assistance is carried out for 3 months starting from August to October. Not the only synergy, this is also a form of presence in the community affected by Covid-19.
The Director-General of Social Rehabilitation, Harry Hikmat, and other Echelon I and II officials were present to accompany the Minister of Social Affairs in the launch of the rice social assistance for the Beneficiary Families of the Family Hope Program (KPM PKH).
