Ministry of Social Affairs Provides Assistance for Handling Natural Disasters in Wajo Regency

In commemoration of the 623rd anniversary of Wajo Regency, the Wajo Regency Government received assistance from the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs which was symbolically handed over by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Protection and Security of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Robben Rico to the Governor of South Sulawesi, Andi Sudirman Sulaiman at the Wajo Regency DPRD Office, South Sulawesi. (29/3).

The assistance provided was in the form of aid in the context of natural disaster management for Wajo Regency in the amount of Rp456,057,700, compensation for the heirs of the victims who died in the flood disaster in Wajo Regency, in the amount of Rp. 15,000,000, and PBI-APBN (Beneficiary of Contribution - State Budget) assistance in the amount of Rp1,269,912,000, Wajo Regent, Amran Mahmud expressed his appreciation to the Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Protection and Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs for bringing assistance to the momentum of Wajo's 623rd Anniversary.
