The Ministry of Social Affairs through the Magelang "Antasena" Center

growth constraints in the city of Mojokerto, East Java.

children and their parents so that the assistance provided is in accordance
with the child's needs.

The "Antasena"
team together with the Mojokerto City Social Worker Service Unit headed to the
residence of a child with the initials TRD, who was a victim of sexual
harassment by someone she had just met on social media. The location of TRD's
house is in a slum and densely populated area with uninhabitable housing
conditions. The team provided psychosocial assistance, strengthened motivation , and provided assistance in the form of school supplies, religious supplies, and necessities.
TRD and her family
welcomed the arrival of the team and the assistance they provided. "Thank
you very much for caring for our child, hopefully, this assistance will make our
child more enthusiastic about going through the days and managing her
future," said TRD's mother.
TRD still looked sad,
cried several times while hugging her mother but remained friendly, open, and
communicative. She hopes that the perpetrator will receive the appropriate
punishment.
The second location is a
children's house with physical growth constraints, in the Magersari
sub-district, Mojokerto city. Toddlers with the initials FYS (2 years) looked
thin and weak. At this age, she weighs only 7 kg and is unable to walk or speak.
Her legs didn't seem strong enough to stand up.
FYS is born normal, but in
its development it experiences obstacles. FYS must undergo physiotherapy and
require additional nutrition. The Resus team provides basic needs services in
the form of milk, biscuits, bread, disposable diapers, and children's toys.
FYS lives with her grandmother, father, and 3-year-old brother. FYS's
mother left without any word leaving them since 7 months ago, leaving behind a
lot of debt, and having sold the motorcycle belonging to FYS's grandmother.
FYS's father has not worked for 1 year because he was laid off due to the
Covid-19 Pandemic. Her grandmother fulfills her daily needs by selling layer
cakes and apem cakes. It is known that FYS's grandmother also has heart disease.
