Based on the results of the Case Conference conducted by the Ministry of Social Affairs team and attended by local government officials and extended families, it was recommended that RA's father (Benedict Poseng) be referred to the Borong Hospital or Siloam Hospital in West Manggarai, while RA's mother (Wihelmina Mbi) was recommended to be referred to the Mental Disorder Center and Clinic Renceng Mose Ruteng or RSJ Naimata. The village apparatus together with the puskesmas and the Social Service will assist the extended family in managing the referral process.
The Nanga Meze Village Government is also committed to providing livable housing assistance through the 2021 APBDes. The implementation of the construction of the house experienced problems due to the status of the land currently occupied by the RA family. However, it is now known that the land belongs to the RA family which is located not far from the current house, so the construction of habitable houses will be carried out on the location of the land.

The Ministry of Social Affairs team also provided assistance in the form of basic necessities, nutritional supplements, blankets, adult diapers, towels, clothes (adults and children), underwear, folding mattresses and personal hygiene tools.
On the same occasion, PT. Pos Region Komodo through PT. East Manggarai Post also distributed aid worth IDR 5 million with details of IDR 4 million in cash and IDR 1 million in the form of groceries.
RA's family will also receive financial assistance from various donors, so that the TKSK of Elar Selatan District and the family will help set up a bank account in RA's name. TKSK has coordinated with Bank BRI, and Bank BRI stated its readiness to assist in the account opening process.
The Ministry of Social Affairs team, the East Manggarai District Social Service and the Nanga Meze Village Government will continue to monitor and follow up the handling of the RA family.
