Ministry of Social Affairs Technical Implementing Unit in Bekasi Conducts Covid Vaccination
BEKASI (April 5, 2021) - 150 employees of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) and Non Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN) within the Ministry of Social Affairs in Bekasi participated in the Covid-19 Vaccination activity. The Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) participating in this vaccination activity is the "Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center, the Tan Miyat Disability Center, and the Pangudi Luhur Training Center.
This activity was held at the "Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center in Bekasi in collaboration with the Bekasi City Health Office and the Duren Jaya Health Center.
The day before the implementation of the Covid-19 vaccination, the Head of the Bekasi "Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center, Pujiyanto appealed to employees to maintain their health in order to fulfill the requirements for carrying out vaccinations.
The Covid-19 vaccination was carried out in order to succeed in the government's efforts to reduce the positive number of Covid-19, with the target of vaccination being the elderly and public service providers.
"To all employees who have been vaccinated, please continue to maintain their health protocols because vaccination does not necessarily make the body completely immune to the Covid-19 virus," said the Head of the Administration sub-section of the "Budhi Dharma" Elderly Center in Bekasi Dewi Kania when delivering her testimony after implementation of vaccinations.
"It's really normal, don't be afraid anyway, this is for health," said Winda (24), a computer instructor from the Tan Miyat Disability Center Bekasi after carrying out the vaccine injection.
After implementing this vaccination, the participants were directed to wait about 15 minutes for observation to avoid any post-immunization follow-up events (KIPI) that might occur shortly after administering the vaccination.
This vaccination is the administration of the first dose for Ministry of Social employees at UPT Bekasi and it is planned to carry out a second injection after 30 days from the injection of the first dose.
