Moneva BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Ensures ATENSI Children's Social Rehabilitation is Right on Target

Head of BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Makassar, Christiana Junus, said the Ministry of Social Affairs through BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Makassar allocated Rp. 1,050,000,000 for 1,050 Recipient children who are in 7 Provinces of the Makassar "Toddopuli" BRSAMPK working area, namely South Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Papua, and West Papua. This distribution is done through the child's account.

The number of children receiving Child Social Rehabilitation Assistance will not be the same in every province because it is adjusted to the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) sent by the Directorate of Child Social Rehabilitation which is then verified and validated by the Social Service, SPV, Sakti Peksos. The distribution of this social assistance fund has been carried out since last April 2020. For this reason, it is necessary to supervise and monitor the distribution of the Children's Social Rehabilitation Assistance.

Christiana carried out Supervision and Monitoring activities in Southeast Sulawesi Province, Chris said that we had to carry out these supervision and monitoring activities in order to find out whether the distribution of this assistance was right on target and whether its use was in accordance with the technical guidelines given by the Directorate of Child Social Rehabilitation. LKS as the Center Partners is trusted to be the person in charge and manager of the assistance accompanied by the Social Work Unit and also the local Social Service.

For the Southeast Sulawesi Province, there are 8 (eight) LKSAs and the Prosperous Children's Park. Assistance recipients with a total aid amount of Rp. 150 million for 150 children, for the North Sulawesi region. The amount of assistance distributed is Rp. 80 million with 80 children in 5 (five) ) LKSA, with the amount received by each child of Rp. 1 million. for Gorontalo Total aid amounted to Rp 120 million for 120 children divided into 3 LKSAs and Taman Anak Sejahtera, Specifically for South Sulawesi the assistance funds provided were Rp 357 million to 9 (nine) LKSAs, while for Central Sulawesi 8 (eight) LKSAs with the number of recipients of 167 children.

Officers from the Makassar "Toddopuli" BRSAMPK visited and carried out monitoring in each of these LKSAs accompanied by the Social Worker Service Unit and the local Social Service. According to the officials, the implementation and distribution of assistance that has been carried out by LKSAs is in accordance with the existing technical guidelines and the recipients of social assistance have received their assistance. Although there are still a few obstacles, but they can still be overcome and assisted by Sakti Peksos and parties from the Social Service.
