SEMARANG (October 10, 2024) - Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul) visited Ahmad Ardi Febrianto (15), a person with intellectual disabilities and a resident of Karanganyar Village, Tuntang District, Semarang Regency on Thursday afternoon (10/10). Upon arriving at Febri's residence, the Minister immediately greeted Febri's father and provided reinforcement. the Minister also chatted with Suparni (48), Febri's mother, to find out about Febri's condition.

Raising Febri with special conditions is certainly not easy for Supinah and her family. Every day Supinah makes getuk to be submitted to the markets. Meanwhile, his father, Suhardi, sells cilok around to schools and boarding schools. The income earned is only around IDR40,000-50,000 per day and is only enough for pocket money and food.

Responding to this, the Ministry of Social Affairs through the Directorate of Social Rehabilitation for Persons with Disabilities and the Antasena Center in Magelang provided assistance to Febri and his family, namely school supplies, nutritional packages, personal hygiene equipment, entrepreneurship support and 8 free-range chickens for Supinah, entrepreneurship support for Suhardi, beds and house cleaning.
