MANGGARAI TIMUR (July 20, 2023) - The Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini paid a working visit to East Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) in order to hand over assistance to victims of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons (TPPO) from East Manggarai, NTT and hand over aid to a child with eye tumors.

In addition to handing over assistance to victims of TIP, Social Minister Risma also collaborated with the digital fundraising platform Kitabisa.com in handing over ATENSI assistance for Alexander Braden Tatus, a child suffering from an eye tumor in Toka Nanga Labang Village, East Manggarai.

The visit was attended by the Special Advisor (SKM) of the Minister of Social Affairs for Communication and Mass Media Don Rozano Sigit Prakoeswa, SKM for the Need for Social Welfare Services Luhur Budijarso Lulu, Head of the Efata Kupang Center Radik Karsadiguna, East Manggarai Regional Secretary Boni Hasudungan Siregar, and the Manggarai Police Chief Timur I Ketut Widiarta.
