the information.
The ODGJ, whose initials
are IH (23 years old) has been in stocks for 5 months with chains in a humid
room. Defecation and urination activities are also carried out in the room.
The head of Cimanggu
Hamlet, Asep Rusmana said that IH had to be put in stocks because he was still
aggressive, talked to himself, was angry, shouted, and often took out his anger
on his parents. IH has also been troubling the community, often leaving the
house and bullying other people, especially children," said Asep.
"IH also often
exhibits disruptive aggressive behavior towards women," he added
Ayub, as IH's father,
said that IH was the second of 4 children. IH has been suffering from mental
disorders for 6 years. Initially, IH was often given medication by his
friends," said Ayub. "IH had received two inpatient medical
treatments at R. Syamsudin Hospital, SH Sukabumi and outpatient treatment at
Kartika Cibadak Hospital, but relapsed," Ayub continued.
As an initial process, IH
was given an injection from the Puskesmas (Public Health Center) as a sedative
on the way to the hospital. On this occasion, a rapid antigen test was also
carried out on IH to ensure that they were not exposed to Covid-19. The results
of the rapid test showed negative, so the evacuation process could continue.
IH's father and the head of the hamlet accompanied the team to deliver to the
hospital.
