National Children's Day, MoSA Promotes Various Activities in East Lombok Regency
EAST LOMBOK (July 29, 2022) - The series of National Children's Day activities
in 2022 have been taking place since the commemoration of Children's Day on
July 23.
Various activities have been carried out including
Social Workers Goes To School, Health Checks, Provision of Population Identity
Services, and many more. MoSA held National Children's Day (HAN) activities in
21 sub-districts in East Lombok Regency. Two sub-districts, namely Keruak and
Montong Gading sub-districts, became the location for the implementation of HAN
by Mulya Jaya Center Jakarta.
In commemoration of this HAN, MoSA through Mulya
Jaya Center provided ATENSI assistance in the form of adaptive wheelchairs,
standard wheelchairs, and hearing aids. Assistance with school equipment such as
school uniforms, stationery, and school bags, and assistance with necessities
and nutrition consisting of milk, green bean drink, multivitamins, and eggs. In
addition, basic needs for personal hygiene were also provided, namely bath
soap, toothbrush, telon oil, and others. The aid is worth more than 400
million rupiahs for 419 children spread across Montong Gading and Keruak Districts.
The Head of Montong Gading District, Arfin
expressed his gratitude when giving a speech during the handover of ATENSI
assistance in the district office field.
"Under the leadership of Mrs. Tri Rismaharini
as Minister of Social Affairs, it is extraordinary that today our children in
Montong Gading receive ATENSI assistance. We are very grateful for the
attention of MoSA, especially for Mulya Jaya Center", said Arfin.
The liveliness of HAN was also seen in Keruak
District which presented various performances such as dance performances,
qasidah (Islamic songs), marching bands, and other children's talents.
The children expressed their joy and enthusiasm for
participating in these HAN activities.
"All the events were very fun, lots of prizes,
lots of friends, we also got new knowledge when we joined Social Worker Goes To
School", said a child named Deri.
