BEKASI (June 22, 2022) - The Ministry of Social Affairs continues to optimize and improve social rehabilitation services through handling case responses. In support of this effort, the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation held a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) to improve the format for handling case responses.

The Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Pepen Nazaruddin said that the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation through the Centers is the face of MoSA in front of the public.

"The Centers as the face of MoSA have to further improve services comprehensively, meaning that we can restore disrupted social functions through social rehabilitation services," said Pepen.

In addition, he also said that to improve services, the standard for implementing case response activities would be discussed. "On this occasion, we discussed the standard for implementing case responses, the digitization of which is also being developed," he added.

Standards for implementing case responses need to be discussed as a guide in carrying out activities. Like the basic thing in the Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) program, namely the provision of assistance components provided through a comprehensive assessment. Therefore, we need to be creative in conducting an assessment of the Social Welfare Service Recipient (PPKS).

This was conveyed by the Director General of Social Rehabilitation as closing in the opening of the FGD which was held at Pangudi Luhur Integrated Center Bekasi. This FGD activity was attended by all Heads of Integrated Centers/Centers within the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation. Activities will continue until Saturday, June 25, 2022.
