Optimizing Performance, Minister of Social Affairs Maps Competencies of the MoSA Employees
The Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini opened the BKN Talent Pool activity for Civil Servants (ASN) of the Technical Implementation Units (Centers and Sentra and Training Centers) within the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, which was carried out simultaneously for ASN at BBPPKS Bandung, Bandung Social Welfare Polytechnic, Wyata Guna Center Bandung, Abiyoso Center Cimahi, Mahatmiya Center Bali, and Darussaadah Center Aceh.
Present virtually, the Minister of Social Affairs Risma emphasized the importance of talent pool activities for ASNs spread throughout Indonesia to assess the extent of ASN capabilities and knowledge in various fields of assignment or specific work with the aim of obtaining a competency profile for each ASN.
Social Minister Risma also expressed her highest appreciation to the National Civil Service Agency (BKN) which has provided the opportunity and facilitated the implementation of competency assessment using the Computer Assisted Competency Test (CACT) method or a computer-based competency test.
