Using an Electronic System, the Minister of Social Affairs: Discipline is the Key to Organizing Administration

JAKARTA (18 May 2021) - To provide services to the community, it is necessary to be supported by Human Resources (HR) who are disciplined and use the system.

"A great work starts from small things. I teach employees discipline, orderly administration, and not only about cleanliness matter,” said Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini after the inspection at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Jakarta, Tuesday (18/5/2021) morning.

In the future, said the Minister Risma, for correspondence, administrative governance, including environmental management and cleanliness using an electronic system.

"No matter how good technology is used without disciplined human resources, it cannot be. Also, wanting to work comfortably but the environment is messy it is also impossible, "said the Minister.

Different jobs have different ways of structuring and supporting facilities for work comfort, but what is certain is that comfort also concerns government administration.

"Different jobs have clearly different characters, what is certain is that working requires peace and comfort because it is related to the management of government administration," said the Minister.

Basic management, starting from the administration of official travel must have reported in an orderly manner, making employees disciplined in an automatic integrated system.

"With an automatic system, employees do not have the courage to carry out activities outside the system, because it involves government administration governance," he said.

Asked about the results of inspections to rooms within the Ministry of Social Affairs in Salemba, the Minister said that she found a "treasure" of piles of documents that had not been cleaned.
