Permensos on Procedure and Mechanism of Distribution of Government Rice Reserves

The Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara made a new breakthrough by launching a Ministry of Social Affairs Regulation (Pemensos) that facilitates the use of Government Rice Reserves (CBP) in the context of disaster management.

On December 12, 2019, the Minister of Social Affairs signed Permensos No. 22/2019 concerning Procedures and Mechanisms for the Distribution of Government Rice Reserves for Disaster Emergency Management and Post-Disaster Food Insecurity.

Meanwhile, on February 12, 2020, a Legal Paper on Protection and Social Security was held to discuss the Permensos. And the Director General Linjamsos, Harry Hikmat has provided an explanation regarding the Permensos.
