BANDUNG (5 July 2020) - Minister of Social Affairs Juliari P Batubara with Deputy Chairperson of the Commission VIII DPR RI DR. TB. H. Ace Hasan Syadzily, M.Si, accompanied by the Director General of Social Empowerment, reviewing the services of Puskesos (Social Welfare Center) Sekarwangi Village, Soreang District, Bandung Regency.

The Minister of Social Affairs and his entourage were welcomed by the Regent of Bandung, Dadang M Naser, then reviewed the services of Puskesos Sekarwangi. One of the many tasks done in this Puskesos is data collection of the poor. Data will be verified and validated in stages before entering the DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data).

The Minister of Social Affairs was very enthusiastic in interacting with Front Office and Back Office officers when he saw the existing complaint data collection mechanism. In addition, the Minister of Social Affairs also checked the SIKS-NG application and asked the officers at the Puskesos about DTKS.

"How many DTKS data are there?“ asked the Minister of Social Affairs to the Puskesos officer.

"There are 544 Sir, and there are 196 data who have received the BPNT program," answered the Puskesos officer

"We get many complaints from the public in terms of health. Vulnerable people who want to go to the hospital but do not have BPJS. We handle and refer these complaints," said the Puskesos officer.

Puskesos Sekarwangi was founded in 2017 and aimed to cater to all poor and vulnerable people in Sekarwangi Village. The goal is for residents to get solutions to social problems fast. In serving the community, Puskesos Sekarwangi is equipped with a complaint flow board, an organizational structure board, and laptops for front office and back office data collection.
