Residents Living at the Area Along the Railroad Receive Presidential Basic Food Assistance
The Head of the Planning Bureau of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Adhy Karyono, accompanied by the Head of the Sub-Directorate for Prevention of the Directorate of Social Protection for Social Disaster Victims (PSKBS), Muhammad Taher, and Associate Expert Social Worker, Budi Hapriyono, handed over 250 basic food packages to scavengers, garbage collectors and coolie workers who live in along the banks of the railroad tracks in the Keramat Soka area, Central Jakarta.
Not alone, the Ministry of Social Affairs team was also accompanied by the Founder of the Interkultur Foundation, Ronny Poluan, which through his foundation, the Ministry of Social Affairs can reach people who do not have Identity Card (KTP) who have not been touched by assistance.
