Review of SOPs and Business Processes for Social Protection and Security

The Directorate General of Social Protection and Security carries out the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Business Process Review Activities for the Social Security Sector at "Wyata Guna" Center in Bandung.

"What we want to achieve is to improve the SOP, starting from the procedures, what must be done so that in the future everything is carried out according to the SOP," said Robben Rico as Secretary of the Directorate General of Social and Social Security.
