Risma: It's Not Logical that They Have to Pay Rp500,000 When They Receive Rp200,000 from the Government

Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini will prepare the cost of water and air transportation for the distribution of social assistance in North Kalimantan, so that the assistance can reach beneficiaries in all locations in North Kalimantan.

"I asked all the heads of the office to specify which areas are difficult to reach geographically. Submit the proposal to us and the budget will be prepared to be able to deliver assistance to the area. So, no more discussion about difficult areas," said Risma in Tarakan, Friday (29/10).

Risma revealed that this was in response to the report she received regarding the geographical constraints that must be faced in distributing social assistance in North Kalimantan, while conducting data matching and evaluating the distribution of social assistance in Tarakan.

“I will prepare a budget for the rental of transportation equipment for difficult areas. If necessary, we will rent planes, especially for areas that cannot be accessed by land and water transportation," said Risma.
