JAKARTA (October 5, 2024) - The Indonesian Minister of Social Affairs Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul) and Mrs. Fatma Saifullah Yusuf attended a series of events to commemorate the 79th Indonesian National Armed Forces Anniversary at the National Monument in Jakarta, on Saturday (5/10).

President Joko Widodo acted as the ceremony inspector in the agenda to celebrate the 79th Indonesian National Armed Forces Anniversary, accompanied by TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, Minister of State Secretary and Acting Cabinet Secretary Pratikno.

Also present were Vice President Ma'ruf Amin, Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives Puan Maharani, Indonesian Minister of Defense who is also the president-elect for 2024-2029 Prabowo Subianto, Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi, several previous Indonesian Vice Presidents, several Ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet, as well as the heads of high state institutions along with representatives from ambassadors of friendly countries.
