Social Affairs Minister Checks Direct Distribution of Aid for Residents Affected by Consecutive Earthquakes in Jayapura
Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini made a series of working visits to Cenderawasih Earth to ensure that disaster management is effective and survivors receive assistance (14/02).
In handling the earthquake disaster in Jayapura, the Ministry of Social Affairs through the Directorate of Social Protection for Victims of Natural Disasters (PSKBA) has sent emergency logistical assistance consisting of 1,000 packages of children's food, 100 sheets of mattresses, 500 sheets of mattresses, 1,000 packages of adult clothing, 500 packages of kids ware, tents 500 units of rolls, 50 units of multipurpose tents, 150 units of portable family tents, and 5 units of portable toilets.
Not only that, Social Affairs Minister Risma also visited disaster evacuation posts. At the four evacuation posts in Jayapura, the Minister of Social Affairs did not forget to look at the condition of the children at the Psychosocial Support Service (LDP) posts.
