WEST LOMBOK (November 5, 2020) - The "Paramita" Children's Center in Mataram has realized Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI), especially for Children Victims of Unwanted Pregnancy (KTD), which is one of the targets of the 15 clusters of children who need special protection in accordance with Article 59 Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection.

KTD children have unstable psychological conditions, worry (anxiety), stress, and self-harm (tend to hurt themselves), therefore employees of "Paramita" Children's Center, especially functional social workers, psychologists, and nurses do not stop giving therapy which can restore the social functioning of KTD Children.

One of the activities carried out today include Relaxation Therapy, Pregnancy Exercises, and Hypnobirthing. The three therapies bring natural or natural elements so that they take advantage of the green spaces of the "Paramita" Children's Center and make children one with nature.

Relaxation therapy is carried out by psychologists with aromatherapy media and assisted by audio media in the form of chanting songs that provide a relaxing effect for children so as to reduce uncomfortable feelings over what happened to them.

Pregnancy exercise is one of the therapies given by the Nurses of "Paramita" Children's Center to KTD children in order to prepare the beneficiaries to make it easier for them during the delivery process. Pregnancy exercise is carried out routinely every day, preceded by a walk by each child to relax the leg and hip muscles.

Hypnobirthing is a method that uses self-hypnosis (self-hypnosis) and relaxation techniques to help expectant mothers feel ready and reduce perceptions of fear, anxiety or tension, and pain during childbirth. The instructor of this hypnobirthing therapy is a psychologist.

I Ketut Supena, as the Head of the Center said "In addition to relaxation therapy, hypnobirthing, and pregnancy exercises, we also have one excellent therapy for KTD children, namely Yoga Sukhasana, which is one of the techniques in yoga. Sukhasana comes from the Sanskrit word Sukham which means easy, pleasure, comfort, and enjoyment. People of all ages can do this yoga. One of the benefits of Sukhasana Yoga is to reduce anxiety, anxiety, emotions and depression," he said.
