BEKASI (October 20, 2020) - The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs through "Tan Miyat" Social Rehabilitation Center for People with Visual Disabilities (BRSPDSN) in Bekasi carried out Entrepreneurship guidance activities for Beneficiaries batch II for the 2020 fiscal year. Head of "Tan Miyat" Center, Ch. Iriani Rahayuningsiwi accompanied by Head of Section Social Rehabilitation opened the activity which was attended by 25 Beneficiaries and 20 Facilitators. This activity was carried out in "Tan Miyat" Center in Bekasi while still following health protocols such as wearing masks, maintaining distance and washing hands.

At the beginning of her remarks, the Head of Center said, "We must remain enthusiastic about participating in the activities held at Balai even though we are facing the COVID-19 pandemic". The Head of Center added, "Implement the knowledge obtained from the Balai so that they can be independent and play an active role in the community".

To extend the participants' insight, there were motivators Rulli Silalahi from Sinamo Corporation and Faisal who is the Head of PERTUNI Depok City, who works as a customer care call center, at a private hospital in Depok.

There was something underlined in the delivery of the material by motivator Rulli Silalahi, that positive thoughts and staying enthusiastic in life and not giving up even though there were limitations, but with the knowledge obtained from Center became the main capital to lead an independent life and we must keep trying whatever type of business.

In line with the motivation given by Rulli Silalahi, Faisal said the same thing, "Even though we have limitations, it is not an obstacle in living life, the point is that a strong spirit and determination must be possessed towards a better life and believe in our own potential and strengths."
