EAST SUMBA (October 24, 2019) - Social Rehabilitation Center for Children Needing Special Protection (BRSAMPK) "Naibonat" Kupang held a meeting to strengthen children who are sexual and HIV victims at LKP Anugerah Anak Sumba. The activity was attended by child victims and their parents as well as East Sumba PROGRESA companions.

Martinus Selan who represented the Head of Balai said that this activity was a follow-up to the Child Social Rehabilitation Program (PROGRESA) that had been carried out in East Sumba. On this occasion also submitted assistance to improve children's nutrition.

The Secretary of the Social Service of East Sumba Regency, Kristo N.D Ndjurumana welcomed this activity as a systematic and coordinative effort undertaken by the Ministry of Social Affairs through Social Rehabilitation Center for Children who need Special Protection (BRSAMPK) "Naibonat" Kupang with the Social Service of East Sumba Regency to parse the problem of children in East Sumba.

To facilitate the assistance of victims' children in East Sumba Social Rehabilitation Center for Children who need Special Protection (BRSAMPK) "Naibonat" Kupang has involved assistants who are in East Sumba and partners namely LPK Augerah Sumba related to computer and English vocational therapy. The Head of LPK Anugerah Anak Sumba Ida helped motivate parents to take their children to LPK Anugerah to receive vocational therapy and spiritual mental therapy for the success of PROGRESA in East Sumba.
