BEKASI (October 21st, 2019) - The Directorate of Child Social Rehabilitation (RSA) synchronized the RKAKL for the budget allocation of the Central Work Unit and Child Social Rehabilitation Technical Implementation Unit in 2020 at the Horizon Hotel in Bekasi starting on October 20-23, 2019.
"The Budget Planning adjusts to the four New Progress 5.0 menu menus that have four menus namely Purposive Social Assistance (BanTu), Therapies, Social Care, and Family Support. The resources have been given in the form of a budget, we just have to create an innovative imagination to develop the program. "Because imagination is more powerful than physical," said Director General of Social Rehabilitation Edi Suharto when opening activities.
Furthermore Director General of Social Rehabilitation said that the Child Social Rehabilitation Technical Implementation Unit was the regional program coordinator, which must have pilot projects, lighthouses. Like UNICEF, even though its coverage area is Indonesia, it actually only has a project in Tulungagung. Our Technical Implementation Unit also has to be like that, the projects that can already be submitted to the regions will only be handed over, and we can make another project.
"Rehabilitation center is a holistic, systematic and standardized social rehabilitation factory. Don't be afraid to change history, because history will not disappear. Like Batavia which changed into Sunda Kelapa, became Jayakarta and became Jakarta, that became capital city, but later it will be moved to Kalimantan," concluded Edi Suharto.
This activity was attended by 60 participants representing the Directorate of Child Social Rehabilitation, Child Social Rehabilitation Technical Implementation Unit, Planning Bureau, Inspectorate General, Division of Program and Reporting of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation. Through this activity, it is expected that 2020 Budget Year and Program can be arranged which have uniformity of components / stages, the amount of output / sub output costs at similar work units, and a joint agreement in implementing Child Social Rehabilitation activities at the Central and UPT RSA.
