In his direction, Dede said that the service target for the Panasea Resident Center was 4,100 people, in six locations, namely DKI Jakarta, Lampung, South Sumatra, Jambi, Bengkulu, and Bangka Belitung. ATENSI services are provided in the Center or on a residential, community, and family-based basis. "With this big target, ATENSI activities must be carried out by building synergy from all employees, both ASN and PPNPN," he said.

Furthermore, Dede stated that the mechanism for implementing ATENSI can be multifunctional, not only completely NAZPA but can also provide services to other Persons Needing Social Welfare Service (PPKS) such as disabilities, children in conflict with the law, scavengers, homeless people, and beggars according to the direction of the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini. The services provided to the targets must be following the needs and based on the results of the assessment carried out by the Social Worker and the team, whether residential, community, IPWL (Compulsory Report Institution), or other social institutions and families can provide services.

Dede also said that ATENSI must be carried out by providing services in seven components, namely: fulfillment of a decent life, nursing and caring, family support, physical, psychosocial, mental, and spiritual therapies, vocational training and entrepreneurship development, social assistance, and accessibility support.
