BANDUNG (July 24, 2021) - The Ministry of Social
Affairs through Social Rehabilitation Center “Wyata Guna” Bandung continues to
distribute eggs and ready-to-eat food to support the fulfillment of food needs
for people affected by Covid-19 during the Emergency Public Activity
Restriction (PPKM) period.
Today's Nasi Box menu is
rice, beef, urab peanut + tempeh,
oranges, and mineral water, distributed to hospitals, Social Welfare
Institutions (LKS), residents in self-isolation, Village Community Protectors, Police,
Child Orphanage (PSAA), Child Welfare Institutions (LKSA), Koramil, PPKM
Command Post, Indonesian Christian Church (GKI), District, Bandung Champion
Forum, Funeral Officers in total distributed to 34 points with details of 8,088
eggs, 4,044 egg packs, 2,500 rice boxes involving employees, and Dharma Wanita Association
of Wyata Guna, Disaster Preparedness Cadets (Tagana), employees from the West
Java Provincial Social Service.
The Tagana personnel who
are in the public kitchen at Wyata Guna as a member of the Data Team, Asep
Suhendar, said that at work they have standard operating procedures, starting
from receiving an application for ready-to-eat food and boiled eggs from
prospective recipients, to be processed into reported data to the leadership.
Once approved, it will be inputted into the data on the distribution of
ready-to-eat food and boiled eggs.
At the distribution
stage, it is accompanied by a Minutes of the Handover of Goods and a Statement
of Multiplicity of Responsibility as a form of accountability and reporting
requirements. A bit of a problem when the data is locked, but there is a
distribution request that follows, so it requires data update.
"Thank God, being
able to establish friendships with new people, get new experiences, and be able
to help many people even though I only stay in the data processing section is
something that makes me happy, while the only thing that makes me sad is that I
have less time to gather with my family, because as one of the data team
personnel, I have to stay and always update the data,” said Asep.
