JAKARTA (May 8, 2024) - The Ministry of Social Affairs (Kemensos) graduated 4,027 Beneficiary Families (KPM) from recipients of social assistance (bansos) through the Indonesian Economic Heroes (PENA) program. Jakarta (8/5/2024)

“Today we graduated 4,027 for April. In 2024, the total number of KPMs we will graduate will be 15,287. Meanwhile, in 2023, we will graduate 10,073 KPM," said Minister of Social Affairs Risma

Through the PENA program, recipients not only receive business capital assistance but also assistance in business and assistance with packaging, marketing, and financial literacy. Participants will be graduated from social assistance if their income is higher than the district/city minimum wage.
