The Ministry of Social Affairs Gives LDP to the Families of the KRI Nanggala 402 Sinking Victims in Bojonegoro
BOJONEGORO
(26 April 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs through the Disability
Center "Phala Martha" sent a Psychosocial Support Service (LDP) team
to the families of the victims of the sinking of the Nanggala 402. The LDP team
led by the head of the Phala Martha Center with 4 officers consisting of
social workers, psychological counselors, and nurses.
The Minister of Social
Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, Tri Rismaharini ordered her staff to
deploy a Psychosocial Support Service team to help the families of the victims
of the sinking of KRI Nanggala 402. This was followed up by the Phala Martha Center
by visiting two families of victims of KRI Nanggala in Bojonegoro Regency.
The Head of the Center,
Cup Santo, expressed his condolences to the families of the victims. "They
are heroes who are in charge of protecting the ocean for the country's
sovereignty," he said.
"Hopefully the
spirits of the best warriors have the best place in the side of Almighty God,
and the families who are left behind will be given courage, sincerity, and
patience," he added.
The first place visited
was the family of the victim of the KRI Nanggala 402 crew named Corporal
Khaerul Faizin in Ngraseh Village, Dander District Head, Bojonegoro Regency.
The team met with Alifatuz Zuhria (33), the victim's wife and three children,
FK (10), AG (8), and AF (3).
The victim's wife is a
teacher at a private elementary school.
"When I am busy, my
husband helps me take care of the household. Starting from cleaning, washing
clothes, looking after children, and others," said Alifatuz Zuhria.
"The husband's love
for his family is so great. He is also very close to the children, especially
the eldest FK," he added.
The kindness and memories
that make the victim's family dissolve in grief.
Although trying to be
strong, but sadness can not be hidden. The grief is still very deep, it can be
seen from the cries of the victim's wife who can't hold back when she speaks.
Likewise, the victim's eldest child who aspired to become a programmer was constantly
crying when interacting with the LDP Team.
