The Preparation of Draft Legal Documents for Social Protection and Security
BOGOR (8 September 2020) - The Secretariat of the Directorate General of Social Protection and Security (Linjamsos) carried out the drafting of a legal draft for the Social Affairs Ministerial Regulation on the Compilation of Changes to the Minister of Social Affairs Number 4 of 2015 concerning Direct Cash Assistance for Disaster Victims.
Representing the Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Security, MO. Royani, Head of Division (Kabag) Organization, Law and Public Relations, Helmi Dt. R. Mulya, officially opened the event in Bogor, Monday (7/9). Present as active participants from the Ministry of Social Affairs such as the Legal Bureau, Planning Bureau, Organization, Law and Public Relations of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation, Organization, Law and Public Relations of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Education, Training and Social Counseling Agency (BP3S), Organization, Law and Public Relations of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Social Empowerment, and General, Law and Public Relations of the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Poverty Handling (PFM).
On the first day of implementation, there were speakers from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham). The Director of Social Protection for Natural Disaster Victims (PSKBA), M. Safii Nasution, accompanied by the Head of the OHH Division, Helmi Dt. R. Mulya, delivered a presentation in the context of preparing materials for the amendment of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 4 of 2015 concerning Direct Cash Assistance for Disaster Victims, Tuesday (8/9).
