"This is a blessing and sustenance for all of the persons with disabilities, hopefully what the Ministry of Social Affairs provides can help in the midst of COVID-19," said Priyo. He also hopes that this pandemic will end soon and everyone is able to carry out activities normally.

Meanwhile, a middle-aged woman who is also a recipient of basic food assistance, Muji Utami, expressed her hope of being able to continue serving the community according to her abilities. "Hopefully what we have received will be an abundant blessing for us and we can still serve the community according to our existing abilities and stay healthy," she said.

The journey continues towards Tulung Agung Regency, which is about 35 km from Blitar City. Received by the Head of the Social Rehabilitation Division of the Family Planning Social Service for Women's Empowerment and Protection of Tulung Agung, Nurul Hidayah, the team distributed 64 basic food packages. She welcomed the basic food assistance for people with disabilities in her area and hoped that this assistance could help the economy of those who had lost massage clients.

Wearing a yellow head scarf and green mask, a recipient of basic food assistance named Yuni was seen chatting with one of the distribution teams. She expressed her gratitude to the government for the assistance provided. "This assistance means a lot to us. It can support our lives because COVID-19 is an obstacle to my profession as a masseuse," said Yuni.

The vehicle raced to the next location, Trenggalek Regency as the team distributed 52 food packages. In the magnificent building that had just been built, Ratna Sulistyowati, the Head of the Trenggalek Regency Social Service, greeted the team. With the application of strict health protocols, apart from wearing masks and washing hands, she also requires all employees and guests to wear gloves.

Ratna immediately stepped in to calculate the amount of basic food delivered and opened one of the packages to match the handover report (BAST) that was presented.

During the basic food assistance handover ceremony, Ratna expressed her gratitude for the concern of Bali "Mahatmiya" Visual Disabilities Center for caring for the disabled.

For a moment the distribution team rested under a shady tree. It was seen that one of the teams was struggling with his gadget to make a news release on the distribution of social assistance. Another one checks the condition of the car and the other two count the remaining food and correspondence.

A visit to Tofu City, Kediri was the last location of the distribution team's mission to distribute basic food assistance. "If it is possible, we want some of them to be able participating in rehabilitation in "Mahatmiya" after the New Normal implementation, as the manifestation of our concern," concluded Luluk.
