TKSK Reflecting the Heroes of the Present

MANADO (November 19,  2019) - It has been ten years since the Sub-district Social Welfare Worker (TKSK) has been present in the midst of society, as the front guard in efforts to address social problems. TKSK spread across 15 Regencies / Cities of North Sulawesi Province. A total of 171 TKSK people attended the North Sulawesi Province TKSK Potential Development Activities.

TKSK has a volunteer spirit who works selflessly as a reflection of the value of social solidarity. In this era of globalization, the ability of a nation is not only seen from the ability of its weapons of war, but also from its social sensitivity, and TKSK has shown this, so that TKSK can be an example of today's heroes for the younger generation.

The Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara, on the occasion of the TKSK Capacity Development event in Manado, North Sulawesi, expressed his gratitude to TKSK for working with the government to solve social problems.

"I would like to thank TKSK for working together with the government in handling social problems, being proud to be TKSK, because TKSK is the spearhead in building this country towards a Prosperous Indonesia, therefore we all and TKSK must work hard, work smart, work fast. , work sincerely and work happily. "

You have to create a comfortable work environment, calm, nothing strange and always start working happily, praying that God will give us blessings and the results of our work are good.

On this occasion the Minister will give a gift to TKSK which is far from Manado, namely the Talaud, Sangihe, and Sitaro Islands Regencies, each given a laptop unit. The minister also made a quiz for TKSK with prizes for fans, emergency lights and a coffee maker.

The Director General of Social Empowerment who was present at the event also said that if TKSK is the social pillars where everyone district has one TKSK, if there is a new sub-district then we will look for TKSK for that district. Because the existence of TKSK is very important in helping local and central governments in dealing with social problems.
