JAKARTA (August 3, 2022) - The Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs through Mulya Jaya Center in Jakarta received a visit from the Deputy Regent of Sijunjung, H. Iraddatillah, S.Pt. who was accompanied by the Head of the Sijunjung Regency Social Service and his staff. The working visit of the Deputy Regent was aimed at increasing the synergy of the existing cooperation between Mulya Jaya Center in Jakarta and the Sijunjung Regency Government.

Sijunjung Regency is one of the working areas of Sentra Mulya Jaya in providing Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) services, both family-based, community-based, and residential. Head of Mulya Jaya Center, located in the Public Service room, Adrianus Alla, said that the programs and services provided for Social Welfare Services Recipients (PPKS) today are multi-service, not only for one type of PPKS.

"The Ministry of Social Affairs' ATENSI program is carried out on a family, community, and residential basis, we are currently providing multifunctional services to PPKS," said Adri.

"Currently the Ministry of Social Affairs also has a Command Center service that can be accessed by anyone if there are urgent cases that will be reported quickly, later the Command Center will forward the complaint to the nearest Technical Implementation Unit so that it can be followed up immediately.

Irradatillah explained that currently, especially in Sijunjung Regency, they need accessibility assistance for the elderly and assistive devices for Persons with Disabilities.

"We are grateful for the cooperation of Mulya Jaya Center with our region. Previously we have also been assisted to fulfill accessibility assistance for Persons with Disabilities such as wheelchairs and hearing aids. In the future we would like to apply again for 54 elderly and 16 Persons with disabilities who have not received assistance in the previous period so that it can be helped," said Irradatillah.

Mulya Jaya Center will follow up on the application by conducting a comprehensive assessment according to PPKS needs and processing the distribution. The activity was also attended by the Head of Sub-Division of Administration for Mulya Jaya Center, Yulianti Muktar, Middle Social Workers, Raden Ikhwan, and Dwi Ana Sofianti.
