BANDUNG (July 6, 2021) - The Ministry of Social Affairs through Wyata Guna Center in  Bandung has prepared two special rooms for self-isolation for people around the Center who are confirmed positive for COVID-19 with mild symptoms or asymptomatic person (OTG), and in the future will add more isolation rooms if they need it.

This was conveyed by the Head of Sub-Division of Administration (Head of Subdivision of TU) Wyata Guna Bandung Center, A. Heri Kusuma Wardhana when receiving a working visit from the Regional Secretary (SEKDA) of Bandung City as well as the Daily Chair of the Acceleration of Handling Covid-19 in Bandung, Ema Sumarna, who was accompanied by the Head of Cicendo District, Bira Gumbira, and the Village Head of Pasirkaliki, Bondan Prabu Nur Alam.

The visit was carried out to respond to the surge in Covid-19 cases in the city of Bandung by converting private, government, or private facilities into places of self-isolation for Covid-19 patients.

"Wyata Guna Center can be used as a model for a representative independent isolation place because there is no room for interaction with the general public and the open space is so wide and complete with facilities and infrastructure," said Ema Sumarna when walking around the Wyata Guna Center area.

"Wyata Guna commit to provide a place of self-isolation for people living around is an effort of the Ministry of Social Affairs to always play an active role in carrying out its role in providing social justice for all Indonesian people," concluded Heri Kusuma Wardhana.
