BANDUNG (November 5, 2020) - Following up on the direction of the Director General of Social Rehabilitation of the Ministry of Social Affairs, Harry Hikmat, on his opportunity to attend the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Creative Business of Difabel Community (CIDCO) UKM and the Widyatama Bandung Artherapy Center with the Chinese Care Community Foundation, regarding job opportunities for people with disabilities, especially in the creative industry, "Wyata Guna" Center in Bandung had the opportunity to visit the Widyatama Artherapy Center to build and expand work networks according to the Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) program carried out by the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs.

The approach taken by the Widyatama Bandung Artherapy Center uses the Sensasi Method, which makes art as an entry point for developing the potential of people with disabilities so that the interests, talents, and creativity of people with disabilities are explored.

With the right vocational skills, people with disabilities can be independent, ready to compete to produce high-selling works, said Anne, a doctor who initiated the Sensasi method who is currently one of the lecturers at the Widyatama Artherapy Center.

In the opportunity given, Rohmah Noviani, Functional Coordinator of "Wyata Guna" Center said that the mission of "Wyata Guna" Center Bandung is in line with the Bandung Artherapy Center, so that the collaboration between the two will make the blind sensory disability sovereign, independent and personable.
