PEKANBARU (October 14th, 2019) -"Rumbai" Rehabilitation Center for Children who Needs Special Protection (BRSAMPK) Pekanbaru received a visit from the Regent of Sijunjung, West Sumatra Province who also served as Chairman of the Social Welfare Coordination Institution (LKKS) of Sijunjung District, En Yusir Arifin. The visit of the Sijunjung Regent was also accompanied by the Head of the Sijunjung District Social Service, Yofritas and Head of Social Protection and Security Division of Sijunjung Regency, Arismanita.

The work visit which was attended by eight people intended to find out more about the conditions and services provided by "Rumbai" BRSAMPK Pekanbaru to Children who Needs Special Protection (AMPK). In addition, the visit also aimed to provide support and motivation to three children from Sijunjung Regency who were being provided services at "Rumbai" BRSAMPK Pekanbaru. On this visit, the group went around to see the activities of the service recipient of Social Welfare Services (PPKS) such as daily routine activities, livelihood therapy, and mental and spiritual therapy. This working visit was also in the context of strengthening cooperation between "Rumbai" BRSAMPK Pekanbaru and the regional government of Sijunjung Regency. En Yusir Arifin expressed his appreciation for rehabilitation center service program and will make the "Rumbai" BRSAMPK Pekanbaru as a reference point for handling AMPK in Sijunjung Regency.
