Artne Coffee was intentionally established to develop the ability for blind sensory persons so that when they graduate from the Mahatmiya rehabilitation center they can create their own business opportunities.

No wonder this cafe is crowded. Founded in 2017, customers come from various groups and communities. "Children are very enthusiastic that they learn to serve despite limitations," Supena said.

This cafe is also special. Because, the coffee served here is not pegged at the price. This is inseparable from the slogan Artne Coffee, which is "drink coffee as much as you want, pay coffee sincerely"

Basically Artne Coffee is made not to make a profit, but rather how to hone students’ skills or develop students' abilities. So that when they graduated from Mahatmiya, Supena said, they could immediately set up a business and become a job creator.

" Because we are not here to focus on make them selling, but rather on developing skills. With the hope that after graduating studying for six months at Mahatmiya, it can create business opportunities, "he said. With these various features, Artne Coffee is able to compete with other cafes.

The Senior Advisor of the Minister for Social Accessibility, Sonny W Manalu while attending the Public Relations Dissemination activity as a guest speaker at Mahatmiya rehabilitation center took a visit to Artne Coffee to taste coffee made by persons with blind sensory disabilities.

"This coffee is very tasty and needs to be developed in its management. The price is affordable and even completely to pay for one cup of coffee. This economic effort can help improve the economy for persons with blind sensory disabilities, "Sonny said.
