GOWA (February 8th, 2020) - Director General of Social Empowerment Pepen Nazaruddin accompanied by the Director of Social Empowerment of Individuals, Families and Public Institutions (PSPKKM) conducted a monitoring the Integrated Service System (SLRT) in Gowa, South Sulawesi. Pepen said that the Ministry of Social Affairs will increase the number of SLRT quota which is planned 140 SLRT before to 190 SLRT, and 600 new Puskesos which were previously 200 Puskesos. This addition is due to SLRT as a national priority program that serves to accommodate and provide solutions to the community complaints.

"The more SLRT grows in Indonesia, the better the services provided to the community, so that the existence of SLRT must be maintained in terms of quality and service. In addition, SLRT have to synergize with local government so that there will be no double service," Pepen said at the Social Service District Gowa.

SLRT which has been application-based must be continued to run and maintain its quality so that it can increase public trust in government services. One of the things that measures the success of the government is the government's concern on the poverty and people in need, and how to serve the community. All parties involved in SLRT services must have a commitment to be able to accommodate and provide solutions to whatever the client's problems.

In 2019, SLRT in Gowa won an award from the Regional Secretariat of the Government of Kab. Gowa related to the results of the evaluation of the performance of public service.
