BANDUNG (March 10, 2020) - Located at
the Mason Pine Hotel in West Bandung, Director of Heroism, Pioneering,
Solidarity, and Social Restoration (Directorate of K2KRS)Bambang Sugeng
officially opened the Social Restoration Socialization program. The Head of
West Java Province Social Service, Deputy Chairman of Commission VIII DPR RI,
and Bandung Poltekesos Academics were also attended this event. This activity aims to raise public
awareness of social problems that happening in the community.
In his speech, the Director of K2KRS,
Bambang Sugeng reminded about the importance of Social Restoration to restore the
social conditions of people who are experiencing fading conditions or weakening
noble values national identity / personality so that they can return to their
ideal conditions to achieve a prosperous Indonesia.
The activity was held on Tuesday, March
10, 2020. The Participants were about 200 people from Community Leaders, Youth
Organizations, Social Pillars, Social Welfare Institutions, Social Volunteers,
and Professional Groups and Students. The speakers of
this event are Deputy Chairman of Commission VIII of the DPR (Dr. H. TB. Ace
Hasan Syadzily, M.Sc) and Bandung Poltekesos Academics (Milly Mildawati Ph. D).
Deputy Chairman of Commission VIII of
the Republic of Indonesia House of Representatives TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily
explained the importance of the 4 Pillars of Nationality (Pancasila, 1945
Constitution, NKRI, Bhineka Tunggal Ika) as the basis of the Social Restoration
movement.
Bandung Poltekesos Academic Milly
Mildawati explained about Social Restoration and Local Wisdom in West Java.
Social restoration must be applied or used in local wisdom such as the term or
wise words of the Sundanese people "Kudu Silih Asih Silih Asah Jeung Silih
Asuh" which means that we must help each other to help one another, so
that it cannot be divided.
