JAKARTA (August 22, 2024) -
Ministry of Social Affairs has again won the 2024 National Legal Documentation
and Information Network (JDIHN) Member award for the 2nd best in the Ministry
category, considering its high commitment to providing complete and accurate
legal information. This award is a proud achievement because, in the previous
year, Ministry of Social Affairs managed to win the 4th best award given by
Ministry of Law and Human Rights.
This award was given directly by the Head of the
National Legal Development Agency representing Minister of Law and Human
Rights, Widodo Ekatjahjana, and received by the Head of the Legal Bureau of
Ministry of Social Affairs, Rizi Umi Utami, at the National Meeting of JDIH
Officers as well as the presentation of the JDIHN Award in Jakarta, on Thursday
(22/8) afternoon. This activity took the theme "Quality JDIHN Increases
Legal Literacy and Compliance".
Head of Ministry of Social Affairs Legal Bureau,
Rizi Umi Utami expressed her gratitude for the JDIHN Award from Ministry of Law
and Human Rights to Ministry of Social Affairs. "This award is also a
challenge for us to continue to maintain this achievement, and even
better," said Rizi Umi Utami while mentioning that this award could be
achieved thanks to the hard work and cooperation of all members of the Ministry
of Social Affairs JDIH, especially in the development of Ministry of Social
Affairs JDIH system by Ministry of Social Affairs Data and Information Center.
Rizi Umi Utami said that to maintain this
achievement, Ministry of Social Affairs will continue to innovate and develop
the use of information technology in providing services to the community. In
addition, the community will also continue to be educated about Ministry of
Social Affairs' legal products related to community welfare.
Head of the National Legal Development Agency in his remarks advised all parties to carry out JDIH management as optimally as possible. The more complete the JDIHN members are integrated with the JDIHN.go.id portal, the more complete the collection of various legal documents will be.
It should provide a significant correlation with
the increase in the collection of legal documents. "Congratulations
on the achievements. Thank you for your cooperation, support, and commitment to
advancing JDIHN. Continue to innovate to improve public services, to encourage
Indonesian people to be more legally literate and law-abiding, in welcoming the
Golden Indonesia in 2045," he said. JDIHN was formed to provide complete,
accurate, and easily accessible legal documents to the public. JDIHN has changed
the way government bureaucracy works from being conventional to being
internet-based which can facilitate access to the dissemination of information
to the public. JDIHN not only functions as a center for legal information
documents but also improves legal literacy and compliance.
