TASIKMALAYA (May 29, 2022) - The Ministry of Social Affairs through the
Bandung Center for Social Welfare Education and Training (BBPPKS), the Center
for Education, Training and Professional Development (Pusdiklatbangprof) and
the Bandung Social Welfare Polytechnic (Poltekesos) also celebrate the National
Elderly Day (HLUN) ) 26th year 2022, by providing technical guidance for cadres
of the Integrated Non-Communicable Diseases Post (POSBINDU) who care for the
elderly in three sub-districts of Tasikmalaya Regency, namely Salawu District,
Mangunreja District, and Singaparna District.
This assistance was given as part of a series of
celebrations for the 26th National Elderly Day (HLUN) in 2022 which was held in
39 sub-districts in Tasikmalaya Regency.
During this celebration, BBPPKS Bandung held
technical guidance to Posbindu cadres regarding treatment and therapy
techniques for the elderly, at the same time Pusdiklatbangprof gave
accreditation to social institutions. In addition, Poltekesos Bandung and BBPPKS
Bandung also took part in providing simulations and tutorials from the results
of the study for the elderly which were applied to Posbindu cadres in the 3
sub-districts.
