BBRSPDF "Prof. Dr. Soeharso" Collaborating with Alfamart to Give Non-technical Skills
SURAKARTA (18 November 2019) - Social Rehabilitation Center of People with Physical Disabilities (BBRSPDF) "Prof. Dr. Soeharso" in Surakarta, as UPT of the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation-Ministry of Social Republic of Indonesia, in collaboration with PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya, Tbk (Alfamart) Klaten Branch held Soft Skill Training and Selection Test for Beneficiaries (PM).
Representative from Alfamart, Ahmad Riski Adinata as Branch Recruitment who provided an explanation of the need to make a written job application, from how to fill out CVs to practice interviews with 42 beneficiaries with high school education backgrounds or equivalent.
The activity was opened by Tutik Nurning, the Head of Resocialization and Advance Guidance, representing the Head of BBRSPDF "Prof. Dr. Soeharso" Surakarta. "This opportunity should be used as well as possible because it is an opportunity for children to be able to work in companies or work in open employment fields and be followed until completion, so that Social Welfare Service Recipients knows how to write a job application letter," said Tutik Nurning.
Ahmad Riski said that after undergoing soft skills training and selection tests, beneficiaries were made to work in their respective areas according to the residence of the Beneficiaries. Ahmad Riski also inserted therapy so that when interviewing Beneficiaries they have confidence. The therapy is in the form of anchoring therapy, which is making certain stimuli / buttons / triggers in our bodies to trigger the growth of very strong positive emotions / feelings.
There were 42 participants in this
activity, consisting of 40 Beneficiaries and 2 former Beneficiaries. This
