BBRSPDI "Kartini" Achieves Value of Public Service Providers

JAKARTA (19 November 2019) – The Social Rehabilitation Center of People with Intellectual Disabilities (BBRSPDI) "Kartini" in Temanggung achieved a score in category A (Very Good) with a Public Service Index of 4.23 from the Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reforms (Kemenpan RB) at the presentation of the results of the evaluation of the implementation of public services in the Ministries and Institutions at the Bidakara Hotel, Jakarta.

The results of the evaluation of the implementation of public services were submitted directly by the Deputy for Public Service, Diah Natalisa, to the Head of BBRSPDI "Kartini" Temanggung, Murhardjani. Also attending the event was M. Nur Soleh, Director of Social Rehabilitation for Victims of Drug Abuse.

Previously, Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reforms had evaluated the performance of certain public service delivery units in selected Ministries and Institutions work units. BBRSPDI "Kartini" Temanggung represents the Public Service Unit within the Ministry of Social Affairs.

BBRSPDI "Kartini" Temanggung has become a national reference center and a social laboratory to develop social rehabilitation for People with Intellectual Disabilities. Various awards as proof of recognition of the excellent public service have been received. Among other things, presenters at UNPSA (World Public Service Forum).

Socialization has been carried out in an effort to implement a culture of excellent service to all BBRSPDI "Kartini" employees in Temanggung. These efforts include the delivery of service information that can be accessed through media such as the Website, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube, the provision of rewards for service providers, all services have been carried out in an integrated manner.

Furthermore, service innovations made have been included in public service innovation competencies.

BBRSPDI "Kartini" Temanggung has also issued Head Decree number 27 of 2019 concerning the special code of ethics for ASN BBRSPDI "Kartini" in Temanggung which contains sanctions for violating the code of ethics, implements all disciplinary rules / code of conduct / code of conduct established by the Ministry of Social Affairs, implements the Code of Ethics social worker profession and implementing reduced performance allowances for employees who are late in accordance with applicable regulations.
