JAKARTA (November 9, 2020) - The potential for gratification among the Civil Servants (ASN) is still considered quite strong. Prevention efforts from the Inspectorate General within the Ministry of Social Affairs are intensively carried out in order to anticipate the existence of gratuities that lead to other entrenched acts of corruption.

The target of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Social Affairs in this prevention effort is also carried out within the Educational Research and Social Counseling Agency. In this case, the Inspector General, Dadang Iskandar reminded Civil Servants in the BP3S environment not to get caught in the circle of gratification.

"In order for this socialization to be optimal, in each Work Unit a Gratification Control Unit (UPG) will be formed," said Inspector General Dadang Iskandar.

Head of BP3S Syahabuddin stated that the program carried out by the Inspectorate General was an effort to break the existence of gratification within the Ministry of Social Affairs. The reason is, it is not impossible that acts of corruption can happen again and become a culture or habit.

This is something that must be observed within the BP3S environment so that there are no acts of gratification that can actually harm various parties.

"We, the BP3S family, are committed to rejecting gratification, but we will continue to evaluate and observe it," said the head of BP3S in the event of socialization and technical guidance on gratification control. Monday, 9/11/2020.

On this occasion the Head of BP3S and his staff also signed a joint commitment to reject gratification within the BP3S environment.
