BP3S Explores Collaboration with the National Research and Innovation Agency
JAKARTA (November 5, 2020) - In order to accelerate the handling of social welfare, the Educational Research and Social Counseling Agency (BP3S) through the Social Counseling Center (Puspensos) continues to work together.
Puspensos is exploring collaboration with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) in order to create a Social Resilience Innovation Village.
According to the Head of BP3S Syahabuddin, Social Resilience Village is an ideal condition.
"What we hope is that in the future the sub-district/kelurahan will have the readiness of resources, ability and willingness to prevent and overcome social welfare problems," said the Head of BP3S at the Institutional Coordination Meeting through the Development Program of the Village Community Social Resilience Institution (LKSMD) and the Village. Social Resilience Innovation.
At the same time, the Head of Puspensos Hasim also said that the Social Resilience Village Activity Program must be realized.
"We continue to work to create a Socially Resistant Village, through developing the role and function of Community Social Counselors (Pensosmas) in carrying out the IEC Process and at the same time being an Agent of Changes for the community," said Hasim.
The follow-up plan for this activity will be an MoU with BRIN on Social Resilience Innovation Villages.
