MAKASSAR (12 November 2019) - Changing the nomenclature of the Marsudi Putra Social Rehabilitation Center to become the Social Rehabilitation Center for Children who need Special Protection (BRSAMPK) "Toddopuli" Makassar in accordance with the Minister of Social Affairs No. 17/2018, is an advanced social rehabilitation center for children who need special protection.

Therefore, socialization is needed to the public in order to know and understand the nomenclature changes.

Christiana Junus as the Head of Social Rehabilitation Center for Chidren who need Special Protection (BRSAMPK) "Toddopuli" Makassar conducted a program socialization through electronic media. This socialization was held at Studio 1 TVRI South Sulawesi.

In the Morning Chat program "Paraikatte", hosted by Reihan and the Head of BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Makassar Christiana Junus as a resource person and observer of Makassar City Children Social Problems Syamsul Rizal or commonly called Daeng Ichal. This live streaming was held for one hour to discuss the role and function of BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" Makassar in handling Children who need Special Protection.

Christiana Junus explained the BRSAMPK Toddopuli Makassar infographic and the direction of change in Progress 5.0, as well as related to central and regional authorities in the context of providing social rehabilitation services for Children who need Special Protection.

The duties and functions of BRSAMPK "Toddopuli" which was formerly the Marsudi Putera Social Institution (PSMP) to become BRSAMPK are BANTU (Aimed Assistance), Therapy, Social Care, and Family Support with a range of working areas in seven provinces, namely South Sulawesi, North Sulawesi, Central Sulawesi , Southeast Sulawesi, Gorontalo, Papua and West Papua.

Meanwhile, Daeng Ichal explained that handling and solving children's problems in Makassar City requires stronger coordination from various institutions that provide services to children so that the handling of children's problems can be more integrated.
