Social Work Practices so far show that when Social Workers have good Case Management skills, children and families have a greater chance of obtaining comprehensive problem solutions.
Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Edi Suharto, in his direction said that other important issues related to Case Management are case recording as part of accountability, information coordination between parties in case management, and issues of supervision.
"We must have a case recording format that contains cases, locations, what was done, references and final results," explained Edi.
This must be balanced by a great case companion who has a * CARE * attitude (Core Values, Assertive, Responsive, and Empathy), "added Edi.
This activity was attended by 100 participants consisting of the Supervisor of the Social Worker Service Unit, the District / City Social Worker Service Unit, and the Directorate of Social Rehabilitation for Children.
