KUNINGAN (27 May 2020) - The Directorate General of Poverty Handling (Ditjen PFM) coordinates the distribution of Cash Social Assistance (BST) at the Kuningan Post Office.

Coordination was carried out by the Director General for the Management of the Poor (Dirjen PFM), Asep Sasa Purnama accompanied by Plh. Director of PFM Region I, La Ode Taufik.

In coordination, the Director General of PFM met with the Regent of Kuningan, Acep Purnama, the Regional Secretary of Kuningan Regency, Dian R. Yuniar, and the Head of the Kuningan Regency Social Service, Dudy Budiana.

On this occasion, the Director General of PFM explained that there should not be any Beneficiary Families (KPM) who receive double social assistance.

"If there is a KPM that receives BST and Village Fund Direct Cash Assistance (BLT), then the KPM should only receive BST," said the Director General of PFM.

According to the Director General of PFM, this was done because the replacement of Village Fund BLT KPM was relatively easier when compared to the replacement of KPM BST.

"The replacement of KPM BLT of Village Fund is relatively easy because it is only through village or sub-district level meetings to determine the Village Fund BLT KPM," he added.

Meanwhile, the replacement of KPM BST must go through the SIKS-NG system which is managed by Pusdatin Kessos, where the data must previously be validated by the local Regent / Mayor.

Meanwhile, the Regent of Kuningan, on the same occasion, thanked the President and the Minister of Social Affairs for the BST given to its citizens in Kuningan Regency.

"Thanks to the President and the Minister of Social Affairs for the BST given to the people of Kuningan Regency, BST is very beneficial for KPM in Kuningan Regency," said the Regent of Kuningan.

The Regent of Kuningan also said that it is possible that the KPM BST data in Kuningan Regency is not yet perfect, therefore, if it is allowed, he will ask for time to correct the KPM BST data.

For information, the total KPM BST allocation in Kuningan Regency is 51,932 families, while the realization of BST distribution in Kuningan Regency is 44,975 families
