Closing of NTT Tagana Competency Improvement Activities in Maumere
MAUMRE (June 24, 2021) - After attending a series of education and training from Disaster Preparedness Cadets (Tagana) coaching instructors for three days, on the fourth day, Thursday (24/6), the Tagana Competency Improvement Activities took place in three places (Maumere, Naibonat, and Waingapu) in the province of NTT is finished.
In Maumere District, Sikka Regency, the activity was closed by the Regent of Sikka, Fransiskus Roberto Diogo, accompanied by the Director of Social Protection for Victims of Natural Disasters (PSKBA), M. Safii Nasution, and members of the Sikka Regional Leader Coordinating Forum (Forkopimda), while handing over certificates of participants in the Tagana training activity at the Sikka Convention Center (SCC).
On the occasion of the closing of the activity, Tagana demonstrated their ability in disaster management posts, from post management, logistics, Psychosocial Support Services (LDP), public kitchens, to vertical victim assistance as a result of education and training for Competency Improvement for NTT Tagana for four days.
